PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet suitable for cleaning furniture, equipment, etc. installed in sections using water, such as kitchen, bathroom, washroom or toilet room, and to provide a method of producing the cleaning sheet. SOLUTION: The cleaning sheet, in which a cleaning agent containing a surfactant and a polyhydric alcohol is incorporated into an unwoven fabric containing rayon fibers and polyethylene terephthalate fibers is characterized in that the water content therein is≤5 mass %. The metod of producing the cleaning sheet incorporating the cleaning agent and having the water content of≤5 mass % is characterized in that a cleaning agent solution of≤30wt.% water ratio is applied on the unwoven fabric, and then the sheet is dried so that the water content of the sheet becomes≤5 mass %.
