PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle wheel suspension device capable of absorbing and relaxing shock and vibration of the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first supporting member 50 provided on a vehicle body side to be extended up to the radial inside of a rim 11 of a wheel 10, a second supporting member 60 rotatably connected to the wheel 10 with a center axis of the wheel 10 as a center at the radial inside of the rim 11, and first and second suspension elements 70 arranged in standing states between the first supporting member 50 and the second supporting member 60 at the radial inside of the rim 11.
