PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular speaker device which can be manufactured/attached by a simple manufacturing process and a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This vehicular speaker device is constituted of an inner panel 2 which is molded of a resin, and a speaker unit 1 including a frame 11 which is molded of a resin.
