PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity display auxiliary rack which meets the need of diversifying of commodity and frequent rearrangement, and consequently never becomes unnecessary and is little necessary to be replaced with newly purchased rack every rearrangement and display commodities multilaterally. SOLUTION: The commodity display auxiliary rack is provided with a shelf plate 2 which has a plurality of grooves on one surface at prescribed intervals and in parallel to each other and which is installed tilting forward, and auxiliary racks 1. The auxiliary rack 1 includes a flat commodity placing part 12, a first leg part 11 and a second leg part 13. The first leg part 111 is turnably fitted to one of the edges in a back and forth direction of the commodity placing part 12 and is provided with a commodity fall prevention part 111 on its upper side and with a pair of engaging pieces 113 and 114 engaging with two adjacent grooves among the plurality of above grooves on its lower side. The second leg part 13 is turnably fitted to a rear surface on the other side in the back and forth direction of the placing part 12 and is provided with an engaging piece 133 engaging with one of the plurality of grooves.
