PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulence detecting method and a fraudulence detecting device in a slot machine which expose a wrongdoer by detecting a fraudulence and giving a warning. SOLUTION: This fraudulence detecting method comprises the steps of inputting a setting signal in a CPU circuit, and giving an alarm upon an detection of an abnormality when eight times or more of replays and small win combinations are generated in the preset number of games by fraudulence by a human-body sensor or the like during the game by a game player.
