PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder composition for a foam-containing food using rice flour, and to produce the foam-containing food. SOLUTION: The powder composition for the foam-containing food essentially comprises the rice flour, baking powder( or yeast ) and water-soluble dietary fiber powder.
