The anchor has a tensioning device (1) and quick-release mechanism. The tensioning device is anchored in the front wheel fork tube through a forced coupling with the quick-release mechanism which has an eccentric handle (22) with eccentric cam (222) and bolt (21) which runs through an opening with one end of the bolt engaging with the tensioning device to form a narrow coupling to anchor the mudguard. The tensioning device has an expansion element (11) and pressing ram with a spring inbetween.
