An adjustable sunshade, e.g. for beach or garden use, has a flexible panels (1) Fitted with eyelet holes (3) along the edges and supported on vertical telescopic poles (4). The poles are secured into selected eyelets to form the selected size of the shade and with the free end of the panel hanging down one side. The side panel can be secured or rolled up as selected and provides enhanced shade for a number of persons.
