<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of obtaining a thin layer ceramic sheet by which the thin layer ceramic sheet is continuously and stably obtained without necessitating a complicated washing process for removing powder, the degradation of the ceramic sheet hardly occurs and excellent surface smoothness is attained. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the thin layer sheet, the thin layer ceramic plates 2-4 are obtained by alternately laminating ceramic green sheets and unsintered metallic films comprising conductive paste to form a laminated body, firing the laminated body to obtain a sintered compact 1, dipping the sintered body 1 in alcohol and applying external force to separate the sintered compact 1 into metallic films 5 and 6 and the thin layer ceramic sheets 2-4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
