<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct offset printing original plate having a photosensitive layer capable of being lipophylized from hydrophilic state with irradiation with laser, which can be processed in a bright room and does not require development and wiping off operation, and is excellent in sensitivity and resolution, and to provide a direct offset printing plate which is formed of the above plate, is hardly stained with ink and scum to a non-image area in printing, and is excellent in printing characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: For the original plate for direct offset printing, in the offset printing plate wherein the photosensitive resin layer is formed directly or via another layer, a surface of the photosensitive resin layer has ≥0.5 atom% of a fluorine atom measured by an XPS method. The photosensitive resin layer comprises a photosensitive resin composition obtained by mixing a hydrophylic polymer, a polymer having formed emulsion, an optical absorbing agent having absorption within a range of 700-1,200 nm in wavelength, a crosslinking agent and a hydrophylic additive, at least the surface thereof is preferably hydrophylic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
