PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a vehicle capable of simultaneously managing power saving control of a power system, an air conditioning system, and an electric system by occupant's simple operation and managing power saving control of the whole vehicle. SOLUTION: In this controller for the vehicle constituted in such a way that the power system, the air conditioning system, and the electric system are controlled by different control parts 30, 32, 34 and operation mode for power saving control can be set for respective systems, a power saving operation switching indication switch 37 for indicating switching to power saving operation in common among respective systems is provided, and operation mode of at least one system among the power system, the air conditioning system, and the electric system is set to operation mode for power saving control when an instruction for switching to power saving operation is given by the switch. Power saving operation of respective systems has a plurality of power saving operation modes to change combination of operation modes of each system by operating the power saving operation switching indication switch 37.
