PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder or filing enabling a closed document or a display sheet to be read without using a luminaire or the like in darkness. SOLUTION: An EL element sheet 22 is mounted on the inner surface of a panel constructing a cover rotation-freely mounted on a main body through a frame 21, and an El sheet 22 is made to serve as a planar light source as occasion calls.
