PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely photograph a photographing object person by a camera of the photographing object person, in a photographing device for photographing according to a request of an attendant in a pleasure ground and a sight-seeing place. SOLUTION: This photographing robot is characterized by having a manipulator means for operating the photographing device by holding the photographing device, an observing means for converting an appearance of the photographing device held by the manipulator means into image data, an operation method acquiring means for determining an operation method of the photographing device, and a photographing means for outputting a command for operating the photographing device to the manipulator means on the basis of the operation method determined by the operation method acquiring means.
