PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a laminated plate for a printed wiring board that has a dielectric constant substantially equal to or lower than that of the conventional laminated plates with small variation in the dielectric constant and has excellent dimensional stability and excellent drilling processability. SOLUTION: The prepreg comprises a glass fiber woven fabric produced by weaving a glass fiber having a specific dielectric constant of 4.3-4.7 as a reinforcement material and a thermosetting resin composition containing fine glass powder having a specific dielectric constant of 6.4-9.0 as a matrix resin wherein the difference in specific dielectric constants between the glass fiber and the thermosetting resin composition is not more than±0.2.
