PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder slush molding method hard to cause a pinhole at a pin corner part. SOLUTION: In the powder slush molding method wherein a plastic powder is bonded to the molding surface 11 of a heated mold 10 to form a molten plastic film and this molten plastic film is cured after cooled to obtain a plastic film which is, in turn, peeled from the molding surface 11, the center particle size of the plastic powder Pa bonded to the pin corner part 13 of the recessed part 12 formed to the molding surface 11 is made smaller than that of the plastic powder Pb bonded to the other part 14 of the molding surface 11. The plastic powder Pa is bonded to the pin corner part 13 of the molding surface 11 before the plastic powder Pb is bonded to the other part 14 of the molding surface 11.
