PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus for guiding via a position satisfying the desired conditions of a user and for creating a driving course satisfying the desired conditions of a user. SOLUTION: Notable sights in the area designated by the user are extracted from the data base stored in an outer memory 9, the notable sights to visit for sight seeing are selected by considering sight seeing condition which are designated by the user.
