PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment fitting which can smoothly rotate and adjust a seat uniformly without generating vibration sound. SOLUTION: In the adjustment fitting for an automobile seat, the rotating adjusting device connecting both fitting parts 1, 2 includes a rotation adjusting member 3 and an eccentric body 4 and the eccentric element 4 includes an eccentric ring 4c and two wedge segments 4a, 4b, and wide end faces of the segments are pressed so as to be separated from each other by a spring 5. The eccentric ring 4c is rotable on a bearing bush 7 with radical play, the bearing bush includes an outer bearing layer of Teflon and encloses a through-portion 2b of one fitting part 2, the through-portion supports a collar 3d of the driven rotation adjusting member 3 so that it rotates. The rotating adjusting member includes associated bodies 3b, 3c that abut on the narrow end faces of the wedge segments 4a, 4b and are displaced relative to the eccentric ring 4c.
