PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-up earthquake shelter and a reinforcing implement for the earthquake shelter for adding the function of a shelter to a closet, a bed or a chest at each home. SOLUTION: This built-up earthquake shelter is constituted by fixing each of four corners of a strong top plate in a state of abutting on the inner side face of one end of an L-shaped column, fixing each of four corners of a strong bottom plate in a state of abutting on the inner side face of the other end of the L-shaped column, and horizontally laying reinforcing members at constant spaces along the longitudinal direction of the L-shaped columns. In the earthquake shelter, two ladder-like frames are combined and fixed to form L-shape with a triangular plate mounted to the bottom part, and constituted to be mountable to each of four corners of a bunk bed on the market.
