PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for electromagnetic wave shielding layer that can be improved in productive efficiency by reducing the number of constituting layers and the manufacturing cost, and to provide a method of manufacturing the structure. SOLUTION: The structure for electromagnetic wave shielding layer is provided with a transparent substrate and a net-like film. The transparent substrate has a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface. The net-like film also has first and second surfaces. The second surface of the net-like film is stuck to the first surface of the transparent substrate. Particularly, a pressure sensitive resin having an appropriate thickness is provided on the first surface of the net-like film instead of the conventionally used resin to be treated for passing ultraviolet rays.
