PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk ejection selecting device wherein an another disk in a standby position can be exchanged by ejecting operation with a disk even if the disk is in the middle of playback and which has a simple structure, in the disk ejection selecting device in a disk changer wherein a plurality of sub trays are housed in a device and recording/reproduction can be performed by selecting a disk set in an optional sub tray. SOLUTION: Ribs 6 and 7 are provided at a gear cam operated by power supplied from a motor 5a and the ribs 6 and 7 moving according to the operation of the cam are detected by sensors 8 and 9 each composed of a set of a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element, The rib for selecting a sub tray 3 to be ejected is provided in the last region from a standard position of the gear cam and the gear cam is interlocking with a gear 12 meshing with a rack of a main tray 2 for carrying the main tray out with the sub tray 3 put thereon.
