PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated optical disk device whose configuration is simple and the whole size small. SOLUTION: The integrated optical disk device is provided with a stacker 2 where a plurality of optical disk cartridges 1 with optical media 1a incorporated are loaded, an optical disk drive for recording data in the optical media 1a or reproducing data from the optical media, a picker for pulling out the optical disk cartridges 1 from the stacker part 2 and loading them on the optical disk drive, and an accessor for transferring the picker from the stacker part 2 to the optical disk drive. The optical disk device is provided with a cartridge holder 3 in which a transfer mechanism for transferring the cartridge 1 up to the position where the accessor can handle the cartridge from the stacker part 2 holds the cartridge 1 loaded on the stacker part 2, and can turn the cartridge 1 in the plane parallel to the recording surface of the optical disk medium 1a incorporated in the cartridge 1.
