PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens apparatus capable of realizing the confirmation that the zoom track function is switched to a valid state or an invalid state without newly mounting an indicator to a drive unit. SOLUTION: The lens apparatus is constituted in such a manner that, when the zoom track function is switched to the valid sate or the invalid state, a zoom lens is automatically driven to a drive end inside an optical end which is set by the zoom track function.
