PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink packaging method for packaging an object to be packaged in a pillow packaging form and closely sticking by heat-shrinking, wherein registrations on a heat-shrinkable film for shrink-packaging, a printed pattern applied thereon and the object to be packaged are aligned to improve design effects, and to provide a shrink packaging body. SOLUTION: The shrink packaging method comprises steps of applying an adhesive layer 30 made of heat-sealable varnish on part of the internal surface of the web-like heat-shrinkable film 20 before packaging in the pillow package form, and temporarily fixing at the center of a lid 12 of the container 10 with the lid via the adhesive layer 30.
