PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacking apparatus of a metal foil and an insulating adhesive film for manufacturing a laminated sheet capable of easily stacking combination materials, each of which is obtained by superposing the metal foil and the insulating adhesive film one upon another, with high productivity. SOLUTION: The stacking apparatus of the metal foil and the insulating adhesive film is equipped with a roll 3 formed by winding the long metal foil 1 and a roll 4 formed by winding the long insulating adhesive film 2 both of which are arranged so as to freely move forward and rearward, the fold-back jig 5 placed on one fold-back end parts of the metal foil 1 and the insulating adhesive film 2, both of which are superposed one upon another before the metal foil 1 and the insulating adhesive film 2 are folded back in a reverse direction to be moved while delivered to be superposed one upon another after the respective rolls 3 and 4 are moved in one direction and the fold-back jig 6 placed on the other one fold-back end parts of the metal foil 1 and the insulating adhesive film 2 both of which are superposed one upon another, before the metal foil 1 and the insulating adhesive film 2 are folded back in one direction while delivered to be superposed one upon another after the respective rolls 3 and 4 are moved in the reverse direction.
