PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively and simply regulating temperature and/or humidity in a greenhouse without using a temperature controller such as an air conditioner. SOLUTION: The temperature and/or the humidity in the greenhouse is regulated by installing a hydrophilic mesh sheet, for example, the hydrophilic mesh sheet including a layer containing a photocatalyst such as titanium oxide as a hydrophilic layer in the greenhouse, and flowing water on the surface of the hydrophilic mesh sheet.
