<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach/detach a rotating member without using a tool or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When a flexible pressing part 1g of a rotating body 1 is pressed by a finger and curved to the left, a locking tongue piece 1d having a locking claw part 1f on a tip part is deflected outwardly, the locking claw part 1f is retracted from a locking stepped part 2f of a rotary shaft 2, and the rotating body 1 can be drawn to the right. On the other hand, to attach the rotating body 1 to the rotary shaft 2, the rotating body 1 is inserted in the rotary shaft 2 until it is abutted on a stepped part 2h from the right to release the pressure of the pressing part 1g while the pressing surface 1g is pressed, and the locking claw part 1f is retracted.
