<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of arbitrating a job (data) without using a server. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor has an arbitration part 34 changing over between an active state wherein data transmitted to a specific address are registered and are processed, and an inactive state except the active state. When the arbitration part 34 decides that unprocessed data stored in a data storage part 31 cannot be processed within a prescribed time, the arbitration part 34 directs another MFP to shift to the active state, makes itself shift to the inactive state, and makes a data processing part 32 process the unprocessed data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
