UNWANTED E-MAIL/CALL REPULSING COMMUNICATIONS/TELEPHONE CHARGE BUSINESS MODEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce the indiscriminate transmission of one-way e-mails such as spam in a positive manner by making a caller who has made the first call pay a charge for a return call made by a receiver in response to the first call made during his/her absence, in order to repulse unwanted e-mails and one-ring hang-up calls.

SOLUTION: When an e-mail is transmitted, an amount of sum is simultaneously transmitted to a receiver (destination side). Naturally, the same amount of the sum is transmitted at the transmission of a return mail. When a call does not go through, a caller who has made the first call pays a charge for a return call made by the receiver.
