PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation material for heat insulation, not becoming a heat storage body even if heating load is applied thereto from outside and easily constructed and installed from the interior side by jointly using a thermal insulation material 1 and a heat insulation material 2 to be easily fitted and installed between wood pieces such as roof rafters or wall vertical frames of a dwelling house. SOLUTION: This dwelling house is so constructed that air layer spaces S1, S2 are formed by an upper layer 1A, an intermediate layer 1B and a base layer 1C between them, and a radiation heat reflecting layer Re is provided on the top face of each layer. The upper layer 1A is formed of a shaper retaining top face sheet 12. On both sides of the sheet 12, the thermal insulation material 1 provided with bent leg parts 12L, 12R having restorability through a bent part 12S is fitted between support members 3, 30 of the dwelling house. The heat insulation material 2 is disposed on the lower surface of the thermal insulation material, and the thermal insulation material 1 is held in a proper attitude by bridging support to the wood piece surfaces on both sides with restoring force RO of the bent leg parts 12L, 12R, whereby the heat insulation material 2 is thermally protected by the thermal insulation material 1.
