PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of obtaining a high-quality output in real time in packet communications. SOLUTION: For example, a communication apparatus 3b transmits packet data to a communication apparatus 3a at predetermined packet time intervals. When packet data to be received successively to the packet data received the last time are not received even after the lapse of an allowable packet time interval which is the total sum of the packet time intervals and network jitter, from the last reception of packet data, the communication apparatus 3a transmits retransmission request NACK of the relevant packet data to the communication apparatus 3b.
