PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately guide this destination based on a past route taking the actual condition that a customer passes through the same route a number of times into consideration in the case where the destination of the customer is guided/output. SOLUTION: A management center 1 retrieves a customer database 17, in the state where orientation position data on a getting-in place and a getting-out place of a route through which a passenger passes previously is accumulated and managed in a customer database in correlation with an image of the customer's face, when the face image obtained by photographing the passenger and a current position (getting-in position) are sent from a taxi terminal 3 at the time of getting-in of the passenger rides on a taxi, and guesses this getting-out place of the passenger based on the orientation position data on the relevant getting-in and getting-out place and the current position to send the result to the taxi terminal 3.
