PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal driving circuit and a liquid crystal display device that improve display quality and stabilize operations with simple configuration. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device has a display area where signal lines and scan lines are arranged in a matrix. Semiconductor integrated circuits which have a plurality of signal lines connected are arranged at the periphery of the display area, and generate a display output signal according to image data and output the generated signal to the display area. The image data and a display timing signal for outputting the display output signal to the display area are sequentially supplied to the semiconductor integrated circuits through an adjacent semiconductor integrated circuit and a buffer is arranged in the transmission path of the display timing signal.
