PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the large noise caused in the circumference of a helium compressor of a nuclear magnetic resonance device. SOLUTION: A device which generates heat is surrounded with a sound insulating box 1, a heat radiation air flow opening 6 which can discharge the rising heat radiating air flow due to the heat caused in the inner space of the sound insulating box 1 is provided on the top surface, and a sound insulating trap plate 2 is provided in the heat radiating air flow opening 6; and a cooling air flow opening 4 for a cooling air which is made to flow in the sound insulating box 1 to compensate the heat radiating air flow is bored in the flank, and a trap wall 5 is provided in the cooling air flow opening 4. Consequently, the heat radiating air flow is made to flow out of the sound insulating box 1 and the cooling air is made to flow in, but no noise leaks to the outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
