PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic unit such that the stroboscopic unit and a window for a light emitting element need not be formed individually on the surface of the housing of equipment to be applied and the operability of the applied equipment is improved, a photographing apparatus with such a stroboscopic unit, and a radio communication terminal. SOLUTION: A flash light element 11 which emits flash light, a light emitting element 8 of a different kind from the flash light element 11, and a lens 6 whose one surface 26 is exposed to the outside are provided in the housing 10; and light emitted by either the flash light emitting element 11 or the light emitting element 8 is emitted to outside the housing 10 via lens 6.
