PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing flange capable of enhancing a sealing performance for sealing a portion other than an exposed portion exposed from an opening part for exposure in a measuring object to the outside. SOLUTION: This sealing flange is constituted so that a pair of storage space forming part members M for forming a storage space S for storing the sheetlike measuring object W is divided along the thickness direction of the measuring object W, and is fastened adjacently each other by a fastening means C. And also, it is constituted so that a measuring objective face sealing protrusion 1d projected sharpenedly toward a storage space S side is provided annularly along an opening edge of an opening part E for exposure of the storage space forming part member M provided with the opening part E for the exposure out of the pair of storage space forming part members M, and a measuring objective face Ws of the measuring object W is pressed onto the measuring objective face sealing protrusion 1d, under the condition where the pair of storage space forming part members M is fastened each other by the fastening means C, so as to seal a space between the measuring objective face Ws of the measuring object W and an opening edge part of the opening part E for the exposure.
