PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensation support rack capable of adding surely an identification number of a specimen container in which a parent specimen, is stored to a specimen container in which a child specimen is stored. SOLUTION: In this dispensation support rack 2 for storing the specimen container 10 for the parent specimen having the parent specimen identification number and the specimen containers 12, 14 for the child specimen having the child specimen identification numbers, the parent specimen identification number of the specimen container 10 for the parent specimen is acquired, and the acquired parent specimen identification number is displayed on a display part 16. In addition, the acquired parent specimen identification number is written on IC tags provided on the specimen containers 12, 14 for the child specimen. Then, the child specimen identification numbers of the specimen containers 12, 14 for the child specimen are acquired, and the acquired child specimen identification numbers are written on an IC tag provided on the specimen container 10 for the parent specimen.
