PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the measuring precision of a gas sensor. SOLUTION: To achieve the purpose described above the difference between the value of the (n)-th data and the value of the (n+1)-th data is especially calculated using a noise judging level value (b) and, if the difference is larger than the noise judging level value (b), arbitrary data are judged as noise and the data is made not to be subjected to the operation of concentration.
