PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of ensuring the working accuracy and workability, and a problem of causing a trouble in reducing the manufacturing cost due to poor workability when constituting a transmission case by providing a hydro-mechanical type transmission formed by assembling a differential mechanism with a hydrostatic type continuously variable transmission and an output shaft with a differential gear provided on a middle portion thereof in the same housing. SOLUTION: A pump shaft 72 of a hydraulic pump of a HST 52 is pivotably supported in the longitudinal direction by one wall surface 54a of a fitting member 54 of substantially L-shape in plan view. A motor shaft 82 of a hydraulic motor 81 of the HST 52 and a differential mechanism 51 are pivotably supported in the right-to-left direction by the other wall surface 54b of the fitting member. A bevel gear 72b provided on an end part of the pump shaft and a bevel gear 67 provided on a carrier 61 are engaged with each other, hydraulic passages 55 and 56 are formed in the fitting member, and output shafts 106L and 106R and the fitting member are provided in a transmission case 59.
