PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid controller managing with a less number of component parts and allowing easy locking of its handle operation. SOLUTION: The fluid controller is equipped with a handle member 5 to be moved manually between two positions, i.e. the rotatable position in which it can rotate in a single piece with an operating member 4 and the unrotational position in which rotation in a single piece with the operating member 4 is not possible and the situation can be locked. The top of a casing 3 is shaped cylindrical, where a guide projection 11 is provided on its periphery. The handle member 5 is furnished with a cylindrical part 12 having a guide groove 14 which is fitted rotatably on the top of the casing 3 and in which the guide projection 11 is fitted movably and an engagement part 13 which is formed rigidly to the over-part of the cylindrical part 12 and fitted to the operating member 4 in such a way as not able to make relative rotation.
