PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure for a shutter locking part prevented from being easily unlocked even if a tool or the like is inserted from the outside to prize a guide rail. SOLUTION: In the case of locking a shutter by locking a latch 5 provided at a seat plate 1a of a shutter curtain 1, by a locking implement 6a provided at the guide rail 3, a reinforcing fitting 10 made of steel is provided at the lower part of the guide rail to surround the latch 5 and the locking implement 6a in the totally closed state of the shutter.
