PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader supporting device capable of firmly supporting a leader by one touch operation and attractively covering the circumference of the leader. SOLUTION: The leader supporting device is composed of a supporting leg 3 fixing the rear section to a wall surface, an approximately U-shaped pair of right and left holding pieces 1 and 2 opposed to each other in plan view, right and left pivot sections 31 and 32 pivoting the right and left holding pieces 1 and 2 are provided to the front section of the supporting leg 3, right and left pushing sections 111 and 211 projected to rear section short sides 11 and 21 of the right and left holding pieces 1 and 2 are respectively supported by the right and left pivot sections 31 and 32 in a rotatable manner and, at the same time, the leader B thrusts the pushing sections 111 and 211 to close the right and left holding pieces 1 and 2 to support the leader B.
