PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof floor structure of a low fixed degree building demonstrating an excellent soundproof performance by a soundproof member controlling temperature susceptibility as well as the showing of low repulsion behavior. SOLUTION: The soundproof floor structure 1 used for the low fixed degree building lowering a fixed degree between structural members is provided. The soundproof floor structure 1 is equipped with a floor base slab 2 and a supporting structural member 3 supporting the floor base slab 2, and the soundproof member 4 is provided between the floor base slab 2 and the supporting structural member 3. The soundproof member 4 eases impulsive force when impact is applied to the floor base slab 2, and oscillation transmission of impulsive force to the supporting structural member 3 is controlled. The soundproof member 4 is constituted of at least one kind of polymer composition selected from a group consisting of isobutylene-isoprene rubber, reclaimed rubber, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-propylene poly-copolymer, poly-isobutylene partial bridge isobutylene-isoprene rubber and thermoplastic elastomer, and the soundproof member 4 has modulus of repulsion elasticity not more than 35%.
