发明名称 FAR-INFRARED EMITING NANO-CHARACTERISTIC GLAZE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a far-infrared emitting nano-characteristic glaze which holds antibiotic properties and the gloss of the surface in a substrate and activates the same by a ceramic product provided with far-infrared emitting and nano-characteristics. SOLUTION: The far-infrared emitting nano-characteristic glaze is composed of a 35 to 65% solvent, 1 to 35% flux, 0 to 25% refractory agent, a 0.5 to 30% far-infrared emitting powder materials, and 0.5 to 10% nano-materials. Water is further added thereto, to be ground into a glaze having a concentration of 350±20 g/200 cc and a fineness of 200 to 325 mesh. The glaze is coated to the surface of a ceramic body or a biscuit, and the ceramic body or the biscuit is sintered at 1,120 to 135°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
