PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial robot which is simple in structure and allows arbitrary configuration of complicated shafts of a wrist device and an arm. SOLUTION: The industrial robot has the arm (7) and the wrist device (6). Then a drive unit of at least one of axial units (1) of the arm and the wrist device is formed of a reduction gear-integrated motor (1a) which has a reduction gear mechanism built therein in one body.
