PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost treatment bed stably restricting the posture of a patient when raising the back of the bed, allowing the patient to ease nature at a comfortable posture, retaining the patient's natural and comfortable posture for a long period of time in having a meal, reading, or the like except for easing nature and having a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This treatment bed is so constituted that a floor receiving board is divided into an inverse-projection-shape backrest part 1 and a rectangular central footrest part 21 having the same width as a central buttock part 11 as its projection part, by partitioning it into an H shape; and a seesaw tilting means using a turning shaft when raising the upper half body as a support 3 and the central footrest part 21 are slid in the direction of the bed leg lower end. In this treatment bed, when the backrest part 1 is tilted for a purpose except for easing nature, a front bending/stretching part 112, or a part of the central buttock part 11, is bent/stretched in parallel to the support 3 in a position outside the inclined support 3 to retain the front bending/stretching part 112 under the bent state. The treatment bed is further provided with an evacuation device 9 having an inclined toilet seat 92 in a rectangular hole part H which is emerged in tilting the backrest part 1.
