PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for specifically and accurately measuring soybean contained in a testing sample, such as a food. SOLUTION: This method comprises conducting PCR (polymerase chain reaction) by using a primer, wherein the primer is designed based on a base sequence of a soybean DNA of satellite DNA STR120-A. 1 or SIRE 1 as genetic information on the soybean, and therefore specifically detects the soybean.
