PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed-harvesting and bailing machine which can prevent that crops are blown out from the space of a passage and blocks the passage. SOLUTION: This feed-harvesting and bailing machine comprising a reaper 4 for reaping crops growing from the ground surface and blowing up the reaped crops with air, an elevation duct 5 which is connected to the reaper 4 and upward guides the blown air and the crops, and a compression baler 6 which is connected to the elevation duct 5 and compresses and bales the crops is characterized by bending the elevation duct 5 to downward direct the exit 17 of the elevation duct 5, forming an exhaust opening 24 for exhausting the air on the upper side of the exit 18 of the elevation duct 5, connecting an exhaust duct 27 to the exhaust opening 24 to branch the elevation duct 5 at an obtuse angle, and disposing a filter means 36 permitting the passage of the air but inhibiting the passage of the crops in the exhaust opening 24.
