PURPOSE: A device for protecting a glass of a window is provided to prevent vibration and breakage of the window by inserting the protecting device between the upper part and the lower part of the floor, the ceiling or the window frame with the supporting part and fastening the window glass with the contact part, and to prevent deformation of the window frame by forming the buffering member in the contact surface of the glass. CONSTITUTION: A window glass protecting device is composed of a supporting part(11) contacted to the upper part and the lower part of a floor, a ceiling or a window frame, and a contact part(13) connected to the supporting part and contacted to the window glass. The supporting part and the contact part are separately fastened by the fixing unit, and the length of the window glass protection device is adjusted individually. A buffering member(15) made of sponge or rubber is formed at the side of the contact part, and a height adjusting plate(17) is connected to the supporting part by a connecting wire(17a). The window glass is protected against impact vertically applied on the contact part. The fixing unit is composed of plural bolts inserted to plural holes of each part and nuts combined with the bolts. The length is adjusted, and the window glass protecting device is fixed by inserting the bolt to the hole.
