PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information collecting device of an acoustic tomography for aiming the shortening of a collection time, at the time of collecting sound wave propagation time information for obtaining a flow velocity or a temperature distribution in the area of the sea of a measuring object. SOLUTION: A sound wave (a) including a discrimination code of its own station is transmitted from a station A, and a station D receives the sound wave (a), and executes correlative processing of the discrimination code included in the sound wave (a) and discrimination codes of the whole stations memorized beforehand, to specify the transmitting station A of the sound wave (a). Therefore, next sound wave transmission is not necessarily required to be executed after reception finish at all receiving stations, and a collection time of information of the total sound wave propagation time can be shortened. And besides, a measurement accuracy of the sound wave propagation time can be improved by using a reference clock synchronized with a time signal from a GPS satellite. |
