<p>The coffee brewing unit comprises a filter holder (2) with an outlet (4) at its base, through which brewed coffee flows. A plastic or stainless steel mesh disk (18) is mounted below this which produces small bubbles in the coffee. Independent claims are included for: (a) a method for making the bubble-producing unit; (b) a brewing unit with an outlet supplying a liquid stream and a bubble-producing unit as described; and (c) a method for making hot coffee with foam containing small bubbles.</p> |
